The Landscape Company has been providing quality landscape services in Colorado since 1979. We have extensive experience in residential and commercial landscape design and construction. The key to our success is our committment to excellence and value. 


Our Business Model

Our experience working for large developers, general contractors and government entities is that there is an adverse correlation between the size of the entity, its efficiency and quality. We have applied this experience to our business model and we keep it very simple. Stay small, pursue and produce excellence , work efficiently and keep overhead expenses at a minimum so that we can offer superior services at a reasonable price. We have completed 35 acre projects as large as $3,000,000.00 and front yard renovations for $2,500.00. Our quality, efficiency and competitive pricing have remained the same. We employ trained, experienced supervisors, small crews with the right equipment. We settle for nothing less than excellence, efficiency, competitive advantage and profitability.


Industry Knowledge

We have developed long term, valuable relationships with the major landscape material suppliers in Colorado. With increased fuel prices, delivery costs have a major impact on the costs of materials to a project. Providing quality designs utilizing materials available locally is a key to cost effective projects. The construction industry is infamous for slow pay and past due accounts receivable. We pay our employees weekly and our suppliers on time. We often pay our suppliers C.O.D.  We get preferential pricing and deliveries. This results in excellence, efficiency, competitive advantage, and profitability.
