The Landscape Company has been providing quality commercial landscape services in Colorado for over 40 years. The bulk of our work is design-build where we use our experience and our relationships with major material suppliers to provide quality, cost efficient, timely outdoor environments for our clients. Beginning in 1986 TLC contracted with John Bowman Inc. and has provided millions of dollars in design build landscape services through the SABER (Simplified Acquisition of a Base Engineering Requirement) contracting procedure for the military installations surrounding Colorado Springs. In addition TLC has completed design build landscape services for Municipalities, Schools, Multipurpose Athletic Facilities, Multifamily PUDs, Streetscapes, Re-vegetation, Retaining Walls, Erosion Control and Drainage Systems.
